ARRL Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) presentation

With super-storm Sandy still in recent memory we are thinking about how we could be better prepared for the next one.

Jack Gunther KB3KKY, the DC ARES emergency coordinator will speak about amateur radio emergency response.   He will talk about DC ARES and other organizations that provide services when disaster strikes. Also discussed is training and preparation for emergencies and how you can get involved.
